The Innovation Fellowship Programme promotes innovation in the federal administration and gives external talents the opportunity to contribute to the common good, make new contacts and gain valuable experience.
The Programme
Various units within the federal administration have defined challenging tasks and are looking for you as an Innovation Fellow to drive these forward.
For one year, you will be responsible for your challenge and will develop innovative solutions independently.
In doing so, you will demonstrate your experience and tact in dealing with demanding stakeholders and lead your challenge to success.
